THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Unidentified Flying Chickens Restaurant Review:
UFC, or Unidentified Flying Chickens, began in Flushing, Queens, and has since become something of a borough institution for its Korean fried chicken. This East Village location offers a menu of chicken, burgers and Korean staples. The long list of draught beers from around the world, including from Sri Lanka, is impressive, and so is most of the chicken. Small and large pieces, slightly sweet from their glaze, are best; medium-size morsels tend to be dry. Burgers, all with a Korean accent, are generously portioned and worth trying. There’s only one dessert, a trio of gelati, so indulge in plenty of the savory items and you’ll be satisfied.
