Uno Chicago Grill Restaurant Review: Consistently good deep-dish pies are served up here at reasonable prices; we like the spinoccoli version with spinach, broccoli, chunky tomatoes, feta, cheddar, mozzarella and Romano. Try a half pizza on five-grain thin crust for a healthier alternative, or order up a chopped power salad with goji berries, grilled chicken, spinach, soy nuts, red grapes and almonds. There is also a good selection of burgers (think cheddar, bacon or veggie) as well as sandwiches, which include firecracker chicken, and turkey bacon and Swiss. The wine selection includes sangría by the pitchers. If you have a hankering for a sweet ending, try one of the mini sweets, a small portion of a hot chocolate brownie sundae, bananas Foster or macadamia nut white chocolate chunk deep-dish cookie sundae. |
