 Three young partners---one a former chef elsewhere---have struck barbecue gold with their succulent and juicy ribs, house-made sauces, thick slabs of smoky beef brisket, Angus burgers, inventive egg roll appetizers, and hot-from-the-oven homemade apple pie with caramel sauce. Come once and you'll come often. Just don't count those calories when you fork through an order of cheese fries. Fortunately for barbecue fans, the energetic trio opened additional locations, all in Maryland.
