THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED This chic little bistro looks more like uptown Manhattan than downtown Salt Lake City. Industrial décor is softened by linens and candlelight. In the winter of 2003, proprietors decided to dress the place up a bit, probably in order to announce its coming-of-age as an evening destination. Wine and beer are now served, and the wine list is eclectic and adult, though concise. The updated menu still features eclectic, Mediterranean-influenced cuisine with a few Latin American dishes here and there. Daily specials augment the regular offerings. We recommend wilted spinach salad, homemade tamales and the grilled rib-eye.
