Vargas Steakhouse Bar Restaurant Review: Prime rib and filet mignon are among the array of steaks (challenge yourself with the 32-ounce T-bone), but the menu also features portobello mushroom starters and the meli-melo Vargas, which consists of lobster, crab and an avocado mix. But Vargas is more than a regular old steakhouse; it also offers an impressive selection of sushi. For dessert, try the crème brûlée. Service is polished.
