About the restaurant: Chef Marc Vetri's Vetri Cucina in Philadelphia expanded with a Las Vegas branch at Palms Casino Resort. Guests can enjoy panoramic views from this perch on the 56th floor of the Palms Ivory Tower.
Food & Drinks: Unlike the original restaurant, which only serves a tasting menu at dinner, Vetri Cucina Las Vegas offers an à la carte menu with dishes such as sweet onion crêpe with white truffle fondue; spinach gnocchi with ricotta salata and brown butter; and smoked baby goat with fresh milled polenta and jus.
