THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS Food-conscious vegetarians and earthy vegans commune over black bean burgers, sunflower burgers, falafel burgers and tempeh burgers at this all-organic, health-food friendly spot in Boulder. The plates, which progress from nachos blanketed with cheese, avocado slices, salsa, jalapeños and dairy-free sour cream to veggie burgers mounded with all the requisite garnishes, are satisfying meat-free creations that command long lines at the counter. A decent selection of side dishes---baked fries, chili cheese fries, salads, macaroni and cheese and faux chicken nuggets---round out the plant-based menu.
