Via Brasil Steakhouse Restaurant Review:

Via Brasil is an elegant, 5,500-square-foot dining room that seats up to 250 guests. The ambience is inspired by Rio de Janeiro's Copacabana Beach, complete with the sounds emanating from a wall of cascading water. Like traditional churrascarias, guests are given a disc on their table with one side green, the other red. Start off red, and head to the gourmet salad bar, which has more than 35 options. There are cold dishes, a selection of charcuterie and cheese, and traditional hot dishes, such as creamy chicken stroganoff. Vegetarians will be pleased with just the salad bar, but this is true rodizio dining, after all. Via Brasil offers 17 meats that are presented at your table by servers. Garlic picanha, or top sirloin, is one of the leading choices. We also recommend the moist and tender Brazilian pork and sweet and tangy chicken. The Brazilian meal is never complete without a caipirinha, and Via Brasil does it right with cachaca rum, fresh muddled limes and a bit of sugar. Weekend brunch features several carved meats, made-to-order omelet and waffle stations, eggs Benedicts and a salad bar.
