THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Via Vai Restaurant Review:
Via Vai is a spinoff of the popular Pane e Vino a few blocks away. The big difference here is that the owners have invested in a wood-burning oven for pizzas, roast fish and chicken. The bright yellow walls and glass light fixtures give the place a warm glow. And after a few bites of the crisp fried calamari, you'll understand why it's so crowded. The pizzas are made with a thin and crispy crust and covered in excellent toppings. The entrées are hearty and well prepared; try the grilled Italian sausage with polenta and spinach.
