Vic & Anthony's Steakhouse Restaurant Review: Downtown’s Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse is a place for power dinners for the energy players and legal eagles. The typical steakhouse fare is pricey but well worth it for a special occasion. Start with the salmon tartare dressed with shiso purée, a lighter choice than other appetizers that will allow you to enjoy a bowl of lobster bisque or the wedge salad before tucking into your steak. Really hungry? Go for the 16-ounce Prime grass-fed rib-eye or the 14-ounce brined and smoked T-bone. Sides include duck fat potatoes, creamed corn, sea salt fries and Brussels sprouts. A good wine list, full bar and desserts round out an evening of indulgence.
