Sweeping the Northern Virginia area, this local group of Vietnamese restaurants features an adequate soup (pho) menu plus a few other light-fare items, such as the fried and soft spring rolls, beef salad and chicken wings. There are also several large noodle entrées with meat or spring roll toppings. The kitchen also puts out several typical desserts, including the wonderful three-flavors pudding. Vietnamese coffee, tea and fresh lemonade are on the menu, too. There’s nothing fancy about the food or the place, but it’s clean, bright, cheerful and the food is good and reasonably priced.
