| The View definitely has what it's named for---its revolving rooftop dining room provides a panorama to delight all diners. The dishes include the usual suspects: filet mignon, lobster, duck breast and numerous fish options. Starters include a jumbo lump crab salad with avocado mousse, mango essence and mâche; a hearts of palm salad with arugula, Brazil nuts and goat cheese sorbet; and grilled quail with honey almond goat cheese, frisée and sherry fig vinaigrette. Many of the wines come from East Coast vineyards. |
