THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Vin Bistro Restaurant Review

: Modeled after a wine tasting room, this tiny European-style bistro has cork tabletops and light fixtures that look like inverted wine glasses, plus sidewalk seating. Chef Christopher Lusk presents global cuisine that pairs beautifully with wines from the notable list. Our must-have starter is the breadless crab cakes with crispy spinach and silky lemon beurre blanc. Grilled Black Angus filet comes with naturally sweet brûléed tomatoes and a tart and lusty Point Reyes blue cheese potato cake. For dessert, chocoholics should order the flourless chocolate torte with chocolate ganache, a pool of raspberry coulis, and chocolate cigar garnish. The Afficianado Trio menu features wine and food pairings with three specialty entrées. One may find sugarcane shrimp brochette with Meyer lemon glaze and toasted yellow corn grits paired with a crisp Ferrari Carano Fumé Blanc.
