 This restaurant offers some of Phoenix's most unique cuisine --- Southwestern favorites fused with the techniques of French haute cuisine. Chef Vincent Guerithault re-creates the warmth and charm of his homeland in the restaurant's décor, while offering many great French wines. The menu features Southwest specialties such as the lobster chimichanga and a smoked salmon quesadilla with horseradish cream, but there are also Provençal-style selections such as sautéed duck foie gras, roasted rack of lamb with thyme, rosemary, garlic and spicy pepper jelly, and crème brûlée and soufflés.
