Vince's Italian Restaurant Restaurant Review: Vince’s is a family-run fixture, one where pride is evident in what's put on your plate. We've never had a bad experience at this homey spot, known for its bread, pizza and homemade pasta. Start with a salad such as the antipasto --- salad greens accompanied by an assortment of Italian meat and cheese, olives and other fresh vegetables. Then move on to the pastas like manicotti, cheese and spinach filled pasta topped with the restaurant's special sauce. Or try the fettuccine verde, spinach pasta anointed with meat sauce. There are Italian dinner classics, too, including veal saltimbocca, ham and cheese rolled in veal and sautéed in wine sauce, and chicken cacciatore. Want something somewhat lighter? Try the house-made soups and sandwiches, particularly the submarine. There's a full bar and a wine selection that emphasizes Italian vintages. |
