Need a pop culture fix while you eat? Then this whimsical Chelsea eatery is the place for you. Amidst various images of kitschy singers and TV shows and old vinyl records plastered on the wall, the food here sometimes takes second billing. The seared rare tuna wrap with wasabi mayonnaise can be inconsistent. The menu may also include fried calamari, Thai Buffalo wings with a chili dipping sauce, fried chicken and mashed potatoes, a huge slab of meatloaf, and flank steak flautas (citrus marinated flank steak and pepperjack cheese rolled into a flour tortilla and deep fried, served with guacamole and pico de gallo).
