Waterman's Surfside Grille Restaurant Review

: Drink in the ocean view as well as the featured libation, Orange Crush, a sunset-hued adult version of the fizzy fave made with orange vodka, fresh-squeezed juice, triple sec and a Sprite splash. Both will set you at ease so you can kick back and dive into an array of crowd-pleasing seafood, steaks, burgers, ribs and pasta --- fine tourist-grade fare ideal for supping with the family or partying with pals. Dishes include she crab soup, grilled yellowfin tuna, spicy Thai chicken (all-natural chicken breast sautéed with coconut milk, ginger, red curry and brown sugar over cilantro-lime rice), vegetarian pesto primavera, and fish tacos. Check out specials like a roasted rockfish atop penne with shrimp, artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomatoes in a lemon-butter-white wine sauce. Punctuate your meal with the 5th Street Fudgie, vanilla ice cream capping a warm double chocolate brownie. Fast, friendly, efficient service leaves you smiling. Crowds are likely, in and out of season, making waits as inevitable as the tides. But browse The Beach Nut gift shop within the restaurant or hang out on the boardwalk.
