Located on the second floor of the 1st Avenue Pavilion, Watermark occupies 8,000 square feet of space overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, an inspiring background to enjoy sophisticated drinks and light seasonal fare. Management says it takes a “culinary approach” to its cocktails, which are based on in-house spirit infusions, freshly squeezed juices and even ginger beer.
