We generally avoid the fare served in the food courts at large regional shopping centers, but we have found the cooking at Wazwan Indian Cuisine to be surprisingly satisfactory. A drawback is that some dishes repose at length on the steam table---and taste like it. Ask before ordering if the dish in question has been prepared recently, and avoid the naan bread, which is prepared only in the morning and loses character as the day progresses. But these caveats aside, look for good, tasty food of the quick bite variety, and concentrate on meat or vegetable curries, the several variations on the Tandoori chicken theme, and an unusual and quite pleasing cabbage salad.
