Meanwhile, mussels roasted on the grill takes barbecue to a new level. Served in a garlic wine sauce, it is a great way to start a meal. Then again, it's also good when paired with a beer before the game. Steaks, chicken and salmon are other classic favorites. Sliced, grilled pound cake topped with fresh fruit, candied almonds and sinfully good bourbon caramel sauce is definitely the way to end a visit.
