In autumn you might find dishes such as wild Tasmanian abalone, Georgia quail and Oregon mushrooms; in the spring, grilled asparagus bundles and prosciutto in black truffle vinaigrette, free-range lamb or Prime beef, and fresh pompano or Maine lobster. Note: prices are high for Nashville, but if you're accustomed to fine dining tabs in New York or Los Angeles, you'll be pleasantly surprised at what a meal of this caliber costs here. |
