THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Wildfire Restaurant Review: Wildfire is a flexible establishment where one does well whether dining lightly or savoring a hefty meal. The pizzas are delectable and not overloaded with ingredients; calamari comes crisp and sweet. We like the Wildfire chopped salad, so juicy with fresh veggies that it doesn't even need the accompanying blue cheese dressing. Choose from burgers to aged steaks, grilled salmon, barbecued ribs, or the wood-fired garlic chicken. Sides---try the mashed redskin potatoes and fresh broccoli---and salads are big enough to share. The standout roasted prime rib comes in three sizes. Desserts may be ordered in small portions, a real boon. There's also a good kids' menu and a gluten-free menu. Check out Sunday Supper (minimum six persons as it's served family style for the table). The wine list looks like a classic corporate list, with fairly standard selections, but it does offer a large number of decent choices by the glass. The Martini Lounge and outdoor patio has half-priced appetizers and drink specials offered from 3 p.m.-6 p.m. and after 9 p.m.
