Willy's Mexicana Grill is a steadily expanding locally founded chain that supplies freshly made Cal-Mex fare such as burritos and quesadillas. You go through a line and choose your meat and your toppings for a burrito. Our favorite is the Sinaloa chicken, which marinates the meat or tofu in orange juice, garlic and spices. Salads are options, too, so those avoiding gluten, vegetarians and vegans can easily satisfy their requirements. The chunky-textured guacamole is always made fresh daily. The menu also include a fiery hot "Chili D'Arbol" salsa and sopaipillas, puffed tortilla chips topped with honey. A true-to-type tasty horchata-flavored ice cream is also on offer. Beer is the adult quaff, and lemonade is on tap as well.
