| In 1995, Willy's Mexicana Grill launched in this location, and its growth and popularity have continued unabated. As you pass along the service bar, you'll first decide on the basics---a burrito or a quesadilla, for example---then a filling---grilled steak with cilantro and garlic, chipotle-barbecued pork, adobe chicken, and black beans and rice. Salads and quesadillas also are offered and can be customized, and tofu gets the same orange juice-based Sinaloa marinade as the chicken breast. There's plenty for both vegans and vegetarians. The guacamole seemed substantially improved since our last visit, but it's still not our favorite in the city. We like the deeply flavored "hot" sauce, although it's really quite mild.
