The Window may not knock your socks off, but the satisfied clientele who either live or work in the area hail its cheap prices and heartfelt service. The clean room, with quirky dark blue walls and shimmering details fills up for the $4.95 lunch specials that range from kung pao shrimp to Mongolian beef to coconut curry. This is not the place to impress a first date, but bring a bunch of friends, and your own alcohol (it is awaiting its license), and get ready for a table full of bright flavors for an incredibly small price tag.
