Chef Robert Sanchez crafts seemingly simple Southwestern ingredients into sophisticated dishes, like coffee-glazed roast chicken breast with bacon, kalamata olive tamale and mole de Puebla sauce; or adobo-rubbed bone-in pork chop with goat cheese mashed potatoes and a corn tortilla tower puddled in achiote pork jus. The tableside guacamole, prepared from chef Sanchez's secret family recipe, is a must-order. Request a window seat in front of the giant glass wall showcasing views of the golf course. In keeping with the high-end setting, service is attentive but not overly fussy, while the wine list proffers some surprisingly reasonable price tags among its many impressive labels.
