Located atop the SBC Tower in downtown Los Angeles, Windows arguably offers the best view in town: a perfect perspective on the downtown skyline and visibility all the way to the Pacific. The décor has been completely redone in a very chic 1960s style with all the requisite elegance for a top-of-the-tower venue. The kitchen takes comfortable American classics and refines them with creative accents from around the world. Starters include ahi tartare, lobster bisque and crab cakes, while entrée choices involve pastas, Arctic char with pico de gallo, roasted chicken in white wine-garlic sauce and Prime steaks. With its proximity to Staples Center and Walt Disney Concert Hall, special efforts are made for pre-event diners, with some quick menu options.
