The Wine House Restaurant Review:

Elevating the local dining scene, Fairfax’s The Wine House offers an imaginative, frequently updated menu and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating --- grab a spot on the terrace for an alfresco meal. Both the lunch and dinner menus reflect many of the same dishes, so try one of the interesting quiches or crêpes, for the chef has updated these French classics with some American energy: the restaurant’s namesake quiche combines spinach, artichokes and roasted goat cheese; the open-face crêpe contains bacon, a fried egg and Swiss cheese. But the focus, of course, is the wine selection, with a 500-label cellar and rotating by-the-glass choices.
