Winfield's Restaurant Restaurant Review: The most enticing aspect of Winfield's is its setting: housed in an atrium complete with pools of tropical fish and cascading streams. However, unlike some other hotel restaurants that rely on convenience rather than culinary caliber to reach clientele, Winfield's has both. The contemporary menu includes Belgian waffles and a variety of breakfast fare for morning and midday dining. From the American contemporary menu, dishes including garlic and shallot black bass with crispy lemon potatoes in a cucumber yogurt, and Brooklyn Lager and maple baby chicken with red quinoa, cranberry and cucumber in natural jus are well executed and utilize organic, locally derived ingredients. Sunday brunch is an à la carte/buffet affair.
