Signature dishes, of course, become signatures for a reason. Wong Kee has three that it is rightfully proud of: the house chicken with sweet and pungent sauce; the barbequed roast pork and an excellent sizzling steak. For appetizers we recommend the barbecued spare ribs or dumplings. Wong Kee is one of our favorites for a quick in-and-out meal. Service is brisk yet efficient and the only drawback is lack of a liquor license and the cash-only requirement.
