Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill Restaurant Review: Don’t expect the usual cowboy décor at this modern barbecue restaurant, which features slow-roasted and then mesquite-grilled to-order dishes. Start with the killer Buffalo wings or the shredded onions and then choose from barbecue ribs, tri-tip and chicken or grilled steaks, Prime ribs of beef and seafood. For the hearty eater, a barbecue combo of ribs, tri-tip and chicken is a fine signature item. But don’t forget to order up some side dishes such as the original peanut coleslaw, smashed sweet potatoes and Lauren’s favorite macaroni and cheese. There’s also a well-rounded list of burgers, salads, sandwiches and desserts. Make sure to leave room for Mom’s deep-dish fruit cobbler. Red Bull is on the beverage menu as well as fresh lemonade, herbal teas and coffee. |
