THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES TO GARDEN FRESH BUFFET. The centerpiece of this mezzanine-level buffet is the salad and dessert display. Against the back wall are the in-between courses. Omelets are prepared to-order for breakfast. For lunch at “Made in the USA” are mac ‘n’ cheese, Salisbury steak and fried chicken. “BBQ Pit” offers baked chicken, pork hot links with peppers and onions, and corn on the cob. “Si Senor” displays beef fajitas and tamales, and cheese enchiladas. “Confucius Says” try my egg rolls, chicken nuggets and vegetable chow mein. At “Little Italy” are fried shrimp, deli meats and cheeses, meatballs marinara, spaghetti and pizzas. Cooked-to-order pasta, baked cod with citrus cream and baby lamb chops with Marsala sauce are featured for dinner.
