 When the weather is fine, dine along the Delaware on brook trout with charred Brussels sprouts and roasted cauliflower purée or pork paprikash with mustard spätzle. The chef puts a premium on locally sourced products from Bucks County farms. Try the Tiers of Taste, which offers a choice of three appetizers---including fried calamari, beef spring rolls and mini crab cakes. Themed wine or beer dinners give city folks a reason to make the trip up the river.
