| This first solo effort from former Koi chef, and now departed, Rodelio Aglibot, pronounced ee, transforms the space once inhabited by Tahiti into a sleek, wood-trimmed sanctuary. The menu's cross-cultural creations include pork shank confit with a foie gras-scented sauce and green curry black mussels with Yorkshire pudding. The eight-hour roasted Maui onion with Chinese bacon and salsify lives up to its price-tag. For dessert, look for avocado mousse or you might try the da kine mango bread. Several wines from the eclectic list are available by the glass, including sakés, and there is full bar service. |
