THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Yi Cuisine Restaurant Review

: This first solo effort from former Koi chef, and now departed, Rodelio Aglibot, pronounced ee, transforms the space once inhabited by Tahiti into a sleek, wood-trimmed sanctuary. The menu's cross-cultural creations include pork shank confit with a foie gras-scented sauce and green curry black mussels with Yorkshire pudding. The eight-hour roasted Maui onion with Chinese bacon and salsify lives up to its price-tag. For dessert, look for avocado mousse or you might try the da kine mango bread. Several wines from the eclectic list are available by the glass, including sak├ęs, and there is full bar service.
