THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Yianni's Restaurant Review:

The main dining room of this Greek restaurant, awash in patriotic blue and white, boasts faux marble columns and pictures of the mother country. Endearing, friendly staff are happy to serve up a glass of licorice-flavored ouzo and explain the menu. Appetizers steal the show here, especially the saganaki---kasseri cheese soaked in brandy, flambéed at the table, and doused with lemon juice. Garlic-infused hummus and a dip called taramosalata, made of potatoes and red caviar, are served up with excellent house-made pita. Dolmades share a space on one of the combo plates with yogurt tzatziki, feta cheese and olives. Another combo plate puts spanakopita with plump meatballs, sausage and phyllo-wrapped cheese. If you are still hungry for more, try the traditional moussaka, layers of eggplant, lamb and béchamel sauce much like lasagna, or a gyro. For dessert, go for the baklava loaded with nuts and honey syrup.
