Yoshi Restaurant Review:

Chinese-born Bingheng Zhang presides over this small restaurant endowed with an open kitchen. If you like dishes executed with precision and mastery, you’ll be bewitched by the Japanese menu. For lunch, it features a vegetable salad, miso soup and a bento box filled with sushi, sashimi, tempura, marinated salmon and a pork fillet with rice. For dinner, Zhang cooks more sophisticated courses like the chawanmushi, pan-seared foie gras in egg cream. Finish off with macaroons from Rodolphe Landemaine or a couple of ice creams perfumed with green tea and saké.
