A real, completely unpretentious New York deli right in the heart of Denver's chic Cherry Creek district.

Breakfast at this Jewish deli, especially on weekends, is very popular so be prepared for a wait. Sure, you can have the fruit plate with yogurt, but most people come here for the cheese blintzes, the corned beef hash (topped with two over-easy eggs) or the crisp potato latkes served with sour cream and homemade applesauce. For lunch, our longtime favorite is the latke Reuben sandwich---two golden-brown potato pancakes stuffed with corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and dripping with Russian dressing. We wash this down with Dr. Brown's root beer or cream soda. For dinner, the matzo ball soup is the real thing as is the meatloaf sandwich and the hot, open-face turkey sandwich served with endearingly lumpy mashed potatoes and smooth-as-silk gravy.
