Zebu Grill Restaurant Review: Zebu Grill is a cozy neighborhood restaurant serving up Brazilian dishes within a brick-walled, family-run orientation. We recommend the steak and chicken offerings, such as the churrasco with Madeira sauce or the frango a passarinho, chicken sautéed with olive oil and garlic. Seafood lovers will enjoy the special skillet of shrimp braised in coconut milk with lemon grass and served with spinach and Brazil’s traditional grain farofa. Hearts of palm or artichokes dusted with olive oil are among notable salads. Cocktails include the Brazilian standby caipirinha, here made super-smooth with a premium cachaca. Finish with coconut mousse or the passion fruit brûlée topped with caramelized bananas, and home-brewed Brazilian java. |
