THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED The Zia Cafe Restaurant Review:

Sure, you can sit at one of the sidewalk tables and munch on blue corn tortillas, chile rellenos stuffed with cheese and pinon nuts, shrimp enchiladas and other Southwestern dishes. But the fun thing in this small bit of Santa Fe West is to head up to the second floor balcony, cool off with a beer or Zia Rita margarita (Grand Marnier, tequila, orange juice and more) and enjoy a ringside view of all the action down there on State Street. Best day is Tuesday afternoon during the farmers market, when the view from on high makes up for the food’s inconsistent quality. Service is often lacking as well, which isn’t so bad if your intent is to linger.
