 Zoom Restaurant Review: Part of the Sundance Resort family of restaurants --- and owned by actor Robert Redford --- this restaurant features dark wood booths, dim lighting and rich American food. Lucky large parties will be seated around a King Arthur-size roundtable in front of the fire, while the rest take seats underneath photos and memorabilia from the Sundance Film Festival and Park City's early history. The eclectic menu might begin with tempura green beans with garlic aïoli or truffle macaroni and cheese with bacon, Rockhill Creamery Gruyère and herbs. If you're still hungry, order the signature Double R Ranch baby-back pork ribs. For dessert, try the white chocolate lavender crème brûlée. |
