COCKTAIL RECIPE
Appleton Classic Mai Tai

2 oz. Appleton Estate V/X Rum
1 oz. lime juice
½ oz. orange curacao
¼ oz. Orgeat syrup
¼ oz. rock candy syrup (or cane syrup)

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a double old-fashioned glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a spent lime shell and a mint sprig.
