A Taste of Zen from Kyoto

Suntory's latest import, Zen Green Tea Liqueur can really put you into a blissful state. Its bouquet is on the saccharine side but gives way to a pleasantly sweet, green tea flavor with a hint of lemongrass that’s not at all artificial.

We tried Zen with vodka and some fresh lime juice on the rocks, but even plain over ice it’s a delightful, summery aperitif. Zen has 20% alcohol.

1 part ZEN GREEN TEA LIQUEUR
2 parts SKYY CITRUS
Splash of lime
Shake and serve in a martini glass.
