There are grain vodkas made from wheat or rye, and potato vodkas, but Ciroc is the only major vodka brand that's produced from grapes. Mauzac Blanc and Ugni Blanc (more commonly known as Trebbiano) grapes give the base Ciroc vodka a slight golden apple flavor. Their latest venture is a peach-flavored vodka that uses peach essences. It is similar in intensity to perfume, making for an aromatic nose and smooth palate. The finished product is true to Ciroc's intention of capturing the very essence of what a peach is supposed to be – in aroma, flavor and finish. We prefer it in cocktails rather than solo.
