G'Vine Nouaison

Top 10 Gins

G'Vine Nouaison is distilled with green grape flowers from Cognac

G'Vine Nouaison

A French Gin? Absolutely! The distillery was so excited about crafting the juniper-based spirit that it made two versions, the G'Vine Nouaison and the G'Vine Floraison. The Nouaison version offers a more historically accurate nose than the more floral Floraison, with botanicals such as cassia bark, ginger root, lime peel, coriander, grape flower and licorice all melding into a robust introduction. You then get aromas of mint, almond and menthol. This grape-based gin is distilled five times, retaining a rich palate and a bouquet of floral, citrus and spice — with the lead being taken by cinnamon. Finishing with a woody herbaceousness balanced by touches of citrus and floral, G'Vine Nouaison is divine and unique.
