Brinley Gold Vanilla Rum

This one's a little bit hard to find, but well worth the effort. Produced in St. Kitt's, the vanilla is the first (and best) rum flavor produced by this family-owned operation. With all-natural ingredients, the rum is sweet but not cloyingly so. It's a natural to pair with cola, but will also do wonders in a cup of coffee...an evening cup of coffee, that is.
