Firefly Sweet Tea Flavored Vodka

Top 10 Spirits 2008

A bottle of Firefly Sweet Tea vodka

Firefly really does taste an awful lot like sweet tea. So much so that one might easily forget that it's a 70-proof adult beverage. Allow that to happen when you're imbibing it straight up, and you're likely to forget a lot more things too… your name, for instance. It's real nice served "stripped-down," but we also recommend it over ice with pink lemonade. The stuff also tastes dang good with ginger ale and a lemon twist. Firefly is produced thirty miles south of Charleston on Wadmalaw Island, also home to the official tea of the White House, American Classic. Since the mere thought of what’s been going on in Washington the past few years is enough to drive sane people to drink, Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka certainly seems to be an ideal spirit for these challenging times.
