China Mist Organic Sweet Chamomile Citrus - Review

We rarely review herbal teas, because to us they just don't pack the same punch as their caffeinated friends. However, China Mist's Organic Sweet Chamomile Citrus offering was a standout. It has an inviting nose of chamomile and lemon and its delicate flavors unfold on the palate to reveal orange peel and licorice root. We most enjoyed its delicate taste after it cooled off a little, exposing its natural honey sweetness. Peppermint leaf and spearmint, both organic, give it a small edge, just enough to tickle the nose and tongue.

China Mist also offers other varieties we enjoyed such as Fragrant Organic Oolong, Aromatic Organic Chai and a nice Organic Vanilla Tea. And we're happy to support a company that is certified by so many organizations such as The California Certified Organic Farmers, Transfair USA, Kosher Supervision of America, The U.S. Department of Agriculture, and The Islamic Food and Nutrition Council of America, which means these brews are not only certified organic but also fair-trade, kosher and certified Halal (i.e. Muslim-friendly). Now that's a tall order for a tea!
