We love tea in all of its 50 shades of black, green and red. Of the many varieties of black tea alone, we appreciate the perfume-y profile of Earl Grey just as much as the (acquired) smoky taste of Lapsang Souchong. Depending on our mood, we like lighter offerings as much as full-bodied, dark brews with a strong kick of caffeine. Given the vast multitude of excellent teas from all over the world, from Kenya to Nepal, it would seem too bold to say these ten teas are the very best. Instead, we offer ten great personal favorites, many of them organic and sustainable, and all crafted with utmost care. Happy sipping!
