At Chops Grille, passengers can dine on premium cuts of steak and seafood in a contemporary, upscale setting. Portofino offers an equally memorable experience, with an Italian menu featuring signature chef creations and Old World favorites prepared using classic techniques. Then there is the Chef's Table, where just fourteen guests come together to savor a five-course meal (complete with wine pairings) prepared by the chef de cuisine.
There is a $20 per person service charge to dine at Portofino and a $30 charge for Chops Grille. For the Chef's Table, the menu, wine selection and price vary based on the ship and itinerary. Advanced reservations are recommended; however, reservations can be made on board based on availability.
