Travelpro Platinum 5 Luggage - Review
Wheel Away
We’ve
all seen the people who fight with their baggage at the
airport. Even though rolling luggage seems to have solved
the problems created by suitcases with just handles or
shoulder straps, difficulties can still arise with this
new genre. If the extendable handle isn’t long enough,
your case might hit the back of your heels when you walk.
Or the wheels might not turn corners well. If you don’t
pack enough, your clothes could tumble together and wrinkle.
And if you pack too much, your luggage could tip over
while you’re waiting in the check-in line at the
airport.
Travelpro
hopes to solve these problems with its Platinum 5 Luggage
line. This 22-inch suitcase includes an extra-long handle
plus a rotating lever which allows you to push the case
instead of pulling it, if you prefer. The baggage also
has a no-tip feature, clips inside to secure your clothing,
and wheels that are quiet and turn corners with ease.
The main compartment also expands for 30 percent more packing
capacity. Sound good? There are more surprises inside.
The suitcase also features a complimentary combination
lock, leather ID tag holder, hanging toiletry kit (which
clips to the main compartment) and a folding garment bag.
Well suited for business or leisure travelers, Platinum
5 Suitcases come in black, red and aspen gray.
